Why we exist.
We started B&R Neighborhood Management because we saw a gap in the market — community associations were being underserved by generalist management companies that treated financial oversight as an afterthought. We built this company to do one thing exceptionally well: provide clear, reliable, expert community association management exclusively for HOAs, POAs, and COAs.
Every community we work with gets our full attention. We don't just run the numbers — we help boards understand them, plan around them, and use them to make better decisions for the people who live in their communities.

Why we focus exclusively on community associations
Most management companies serve a wide range of clients — small businesses, nonprofits, individuals. We made a deliberate choice to focus exclusively on homeowner associations and community organizations.
That focus means we understand the unique dynamics of HOA governance, the importance of reserve planning, the nuances of assessment collection, and the reporting needs of volunteer boards. It's not something you can replicate with a generalist approach.
